Photographer Assignment

All Ruth Kelly Studio (RKS) photographers are trained in RKS procedures and techniques. RKS's procedure for taking individual pictures is to assign a photographer and helper with each camera setup. RKS calls a camera setup for every 400 students.

School Picture Schedule

It is RKS's policy to complete a school's photographs in one day, unless otherwise requested.

Senior Portraits

• Senior and other portraits can be made either at the studio in Muskogee or at your local school with the same quality service. Your staff no longer needs to be responsible for scheduling individual senior portraits. This will be handled by RKS personnel.
• RKS recently built an outdoor studio to meet the needs of seniors. This has been very popular.

Special Services

• RKS provides outstanding service to the school by providing a 1-800 number for direct communication to the studio and lab in Muskogee.
• RKS provides re-order information directly to the parent/student with personal assistance.
• RKS provides personal account consultants who are retired school administrators who work closely with the school to ensure their needs are met. They will also personally deliver all pictures and materials directly to the school.
• All RKS photographs are guaranteed to customer satisfaction.
• RKS provides "STAT" (super turn around time) on black and white yearbook prints and on delivery of color prints.
• Digital imaging. This will allow administrators to insert vital information along with a picture of the student.
• Direct personal service to the school.
